*Crust recipe:
90g Unsalted Butter
40g Powdered Sugar
1 beaten egg (Only take 12g)
8g condensed milk
110g Cake Flour
60g Corn Flour
Egg filling recipe:
3 Eggs
80g Sugar
50ml Fresh milk
200ml filtered water
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
