You will find those High Carbon clevers in most Metal.. Hardware stores in Hongkong Along with pots, pans and woks. No specific brand. Just well made.

In U.S i ordered a 4 piece chicken plate and got a wing, thigh, drumstick and breast...........went to china and ordered same thing and got a drumstick cut into 4 pieces lol 😄😄😄
