For all you camera geeks, details on what I used below (for most of the videos).
Sony's FS700 with Zeiss FE2.8 4k Raw to pro res. Used for all the extreme close ups.
Sony's FS5 4k UHD to 4K pro res with Fujinon 18-55mm. Used for my face...
Slow motion was all shot in 2K raw to pro res.
Falcon Eye for all lights.

@@brickmeupscottie well the really old ones that are rusting out maybe. But always look at the good side of cheapish toys. I always find broken toys at thrift stores and they fit into the real world. Some have broken mirrors and windows

I guess I have to grow a moustache then 😂 and it was great to see a little bit of deer, I miss him/her! That’s interesting, I didn’t have any problem with the taxi falling apart but I guess I haven’t fiddled around with it it’s just being displayed. Agree with the sticker on the doors going around the handles, difficult to apply them neatly, I ended up using a cutter to trim them. I also don’t like how they did the shopping bag either. I just finished building the news stall just now, love it! You’re right the stickers are excellent quality but so many, I was a little sloppy applying them toward the end! For some reason the mini figure looks like George Lam to me! I highly recommend these sets, they feel a little higher quality than some of the other brands and look great displayed with multiple sets even though I only have the 2 sets! :)

Yea that’s the thing. All the sets big and small I review I’m being brutal with them. So they tend to get loose a bit. I found using a brick separator to apply stickers have been way better. Now it depends on how lazy I am to find one and use it hahaha

An old Land Rover 109 or Mercedes Bus carrier from the former Royal Hongkong Police would be so freaking awesome. Inspiration by old police story movies (警察故事系列) or Aces go places (最佳拍檔) would be so cool, too. Or a wet market? Imagine to have one with the Leyland truck.

Royal toys does have 2 small wet markets you can view them on my store ,but they're pretty small and yes to the other stuff too. Especially Aces, I'd love to see the robot, the split car and my dad's model with baldy, maybe the apartment setting with the King Kong mural in the bg. haha

these are great sets to have. The bus reminds me of the older buses I've seen from Valley Metrobut different. it's cool. the pass it has and the one you showed us, I love the design of the card. Valley Metro's doesn't look like that but least it doesn't expire till 2022. I love it when the inside of sets are tile its the best. I do agree with you on that, man. the taxi is great I do agree it had more support when you push down on it to place a minifigures in it, then it will be better like Lego dose. the news stand cool with the news papers and magazines on it. the apple logo I can tell you it's same logo as Washington's apples logo (look it up) that's where I've seen something like that. is that a copyright right there? taxi I think there's more room to improve on the idea later in it. especially with that support problem it has. but little Scottie and are relaxing while you're on tour. hope they enjoy it.

We’ve been shipping to places via directly from China so customs has been a lot better. From Hk we send the manual and figure separately to help as well. Seems to be the way to go.

Nice review! I like the bus and news stand, news stand seems like must buy! It would be nice when revie2ing minifig scaled vehicles if you could put them on a Lego road plate so we can get an idea how they would look in a Lego city :)

Hazel K. They’re different at least to the red Taxi set so I think they do, each has 2 mini figures, I like their mini figures.

Yea different figures for all the sets. I also forgot to mention that getting all 3 you combine the spare parts to make the ultimate handicapped stand...kind of random hahaha

I ordered the news stand on Ebay a couple of days ago. After replacing the newspapers & magazines, it would fit perfectly in the1940s city I'm planning to build. Too bad your prices are a bit too expensive (I paid US$22, INCLUDING shipping to Europe). I would have loved to buy it from you, as I love your channel, but I no need to keep my budget in mind.

It’s all good man. I’m happy you got it. We sell it for 15 without shipping but we don’t have a checkout shipping price for Europe on the store, once you check out it directly goes to Ida who finds the best shipping price first before confirmation. So next time you can still give it a go and if the other places you find them cheaper then go for it. We have several ways for overseas shipping. Only the U.S and Australia are two the places on the site that is almost correctZ. Keep me posted on pics on your city too. Would love to see it.
