Hi, my tomato sauce lumps up when the roux is mixed in. My roux is cold and my sauce is hot just like yours. I have mixed the roux with the sauce very well already but there are lumps in my sauce. I don't know what's wrong.

Hi there, thanks for you support! I normally keep the roux in the fridge for a month, if you freeze it in ice cube can store up to 3 months or longer.
