I'm glad that I didn't do any of these mistakes, but I miscalculated some valks synergies and invested in the wrong ones. Currently lvl 55 17 days on hyperion.

you still got room to change, when i was lvl 50 something i spend honkai cubes to upgrade demonblade and magstorm to lvl 50. Now im lvl 75, redlotus retainer, and never touched them again

@Meguminnnnn!! HoV still have *smol* usage in end game, consider invest in another physical dps after you maxed HoV 'cuz she's good at early to mid game

@@daman9595 I spent 4k as well and got HoV and Argent Knight Artemis. I stopped at 4k and just use cards from then on. Basically I just suggest not using more crystals if you get the 2 S Ranks that they guarantee at 25 pity.

@@ViRo02Cas i spent all crystals on dorm supply to get those s ranks bc i thought they were amazing and then i got sixth serenade and i saw 97% chance i will get a different s rank next 25 pulls so i did and got sixth serenade again BRUH

My biggest mistake was focusing in spending all my beginner crystals at the Starter Banner until it expired :)

I spended on started banner 30k crystals but I m happy, because I have HoT and AE + I was extremly lucky, because I obtained HoT weapon on first try :D ...started supply now, is one from the best starting supply in gacha games.

I got lucky and got HoT and AE within 30 pulls,got AE first early so i stop and somehow played some story and feel like wanna try some luck getting HoT and got her,after that i spent rest of crystal on her weapon and got after like 30 pull,pretty worth it,also got artemis from standard which is really powerful one and carry me whole time

I don't consider rolling on the dorm banner a mistake its how I got most my valks and they are amazing. I don't care about meta or getting the highest score either. I do just fine. the rest I agree with though I made mistake number 2 and am low on coins now lol but I have like 10 or so level 55 S rank valks and i'm glad I spent the coins lol

However, I think the main problem with focusing in just one valkyrie is you will lack good valkyries for stuff like memorial arena (where you need 2 teams) or the coop theater. But I guess you won't be considered a beginner anymore if you can access those, so you're not wrong.

as a beginner I agree with everything except the 5th mistake. I play this game for the story, if the story was trash I would never play honkai. The story is the thing I focus on the most, but it's sad when I can't continue because my characters arent strong eough, so I need to upgrade them and get stronger ones anyways

you missed the number 1 mistake that all my cadets and friends had, which is trying to level up. Because by just doing 150 daily duty, you already level up quite fast and the higher level you go the harder to compete in abyss and MA. One of my cadet even grind on story stages to level up to lvl 70 just to unlock fervent tempo's outfit.

@@haiffy yes they do and other players get stronger too, so even if you could defeat the enemy you couldnt get good score to get to redlotus and earn more crystals in abyss or get good scores on MA to get more ancient willpower

I had someone else say that spending crystals on Dorm Supply is fine cause you're guaranteed an S rank valk, and I was told that Artemis Knight is good for a few bosses. Plus, she's got an ice elemental debuff, and I like it. I'm glad I spent crystals to get her.

For beginners just complete the beginner event first so you can get new valks and farm crystals

Yes, if you get a character card that you already have, it will convert to fragments

rolling on dorm banner was probably best thing i did. i got seele and with her i basically solo'd every stage i had with her.

Currently lvl 42, 44 days on hyperion and with 28 valkyries (10 in s rank), have been pulling on almost all characters so far and i don't regret a thing, also haven't skipped any story but a bit behind on it

That's normal for low level and before Story Chapter 3.

I never skip stories but I rarely play them because I'm not a fan of Visual Novels and the story isn't interesting enough for me to get invested into it.

Even I'm level 88 I make mistake, play this game already 3 years. I already have all character. But not mobius. I have all herrcher weapon. But I finish all my resource to pri-arm 4 weapon. That's why only my VK have full master set.

I think I avoided most of these, I did roll dorm at first because it had a really low guaranteed s rank I think it was 10 for some reason I guess that's a new account thing. But also I had a problem getting new valks then not having enough for their stigmas or weapons so now I have a lot of different expansion valks with f2p builds lol. ;(

The only mistake I did was bout wealth one and about dorm pulls I literally got atleast 1 a or s rank girl in ever pull and I did 9 after getting to lv60 and all the pulls were of 200 crystal don't know why and everything I did it right and BTW please tell me is it wrong to like herrchier of void cause I like the attack moves and all and it does not crashed game

Well, I am annoyed that f2p weapons are locked behind stupid farming gates and even most A rank valkyries work best with their signature weapons, which are also locked behind gacha. That’s why I just experienced the story and deleted it. I’ll revisit the game in two-three years. Obviously we get story specific valkyries to play the story so I am not too invested in the limited valks, even though they look awesome.

Hmmm... But for me there's not a problem when it comes to signature weapons because I'm damn lucky with my pulls. I literally just pull 1 to 5 times via x1 option per banner and I always got what I wanted, and above all that, I'm just a F2p player. It's literally a gacha game. It's all about luck so don't blame the game please😉
