RMC is better for herta out of all of them, Herta gains energy from allies attacking, so it makes up for sunday's energy regeneration plus the dmg amp from RMC is huge for her.

Robin is only good for stacking Herta to max power, after that she is the worst pairing for Herta out of the Harmony units. Sparkle/Sunday/RuanMei/RMC all perform very similarly with her, and in a fight that lasts longer than 1-2 cycles are miles better than Robin. The gap between the 4 I mentioned isn't very big (unlike Bronya who even at E2S1 isn't that good because of SP issues), it mostly comes down to your build, investment and team comp. For example, If you're running Lingsha/Jade/Herta as a base. If you run Sparkle as your 4th, you can skill with Lingsha and Herta every turn, provided you have Herta's LC. If you run spd boots and putting a 160+ spd, E0S1 Ruan Mei in Sparkle's slot in that team, you can skill with Herta every turn, and with Lingsha every other turn, and have minimum 160spd by proxy giving her more actions. The speed tuning of the team means that Ruan Mei enables Herta to skill every turn, and Lingsha can skill with some decent frequency, more so if she's fast too. If you run Sunday in that slot at E0S1, you can skill with Herta every turn as well, and with Lingsha every other turn. If you run RMC, you can skill with Herta every turn, and have True DMG which so far is very nasty to enemies, as it ignores DEF and enemy res. However if you run Robin, you get 1 party wide action forward once every like 3 turns Herta takes, no SP generation at all from Robin, meaning you have to skill on Herta every other turn, meaning you actually have lower DMG output overall, especially once Herta reaches max stacks (which so far at E0S1 takes between 2-3 cycles depending on the rest of your team). Once Herta reaches max stacks, Robin is by far the worst support for Herta, and the other 4 that I mentioned who have much more frequent action forwards and generate SP, giving Herta a MUCH higher output, and a much smoother, nicer experience.

@ventrue7 she should skill constantly. She in fact use SP over big Herta. Herta currently is best with teammates that function as batteries while she herself is slow with atk boots.

This really depends on the boss. There wil be times Aventurines attack frequency will be the best that lingsha's skill to pet aoe won't compare so. Also she needs to use her skill for that.
