Hi! I've found the area to find the finest wine It's in the lobby room or first room of the Dewlight Pavilion on the left side by the fireplace. You can see 3 bottles there that you need to choose from :DD

3:30 OMG, how am I supposed to know that? That is the worst possible game design, requiring players to complete some small sidequests with a mere 7000 as a reward to get access to other content, like wtf, what are they thinking? Thanks btw.
