I’m a therapist and am feeling super overwhelmed today because I recognize I’ve been a people pleaser in this work for a long time. I talked to my supervisor and we agreed I have to make some changes. It’s hard to process what comes next for me, because I can’t have the work/life balance I want until I’m licensed and am able to be self-employed. Your voice and spirit are very co-regulating for me.
