The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research proudly awards the 2023 Robert A. Pritzker Prize for Leadership in Parkinson’s Research to Dario Alessi, PhD, biochemist, director of the Medical Research Council Protein Phosphorylation and Ubiquitylation Unit and professor of signal transduction at the School of Life Sciences, University of Dundee, UK. The prize recognizes scientists who have made it their life's work to speed better treatments for Parkinson's patients and are committed to mentoring the next generation of Parkinson's scientists.

Praying they are right and the cure for Parkinson’s is near. Would love to know is this is something that stop the progression only, or if they have a way for turning back the clock on time for those sufferers who are already debilitated from the disease. ❤❤❤. Congratulations!

Meu marido está tecnicamente na segunda fase, viaja dirigindo etc, mas cada dia é um desafio. Vivemos por conta de mantê-lo bem. Que doença triste 😢
