Күн бұрын

The 1928 Ford c-cab truck didn't have a hood so we're going to be fabricating one from scratch. The first step was to frame up the hood sides using flat stock now it's time to sheath them in with 18 gauge sheet metal 🛠

I agree if you're reffering to their content on their KZbin channel which is the best. As far as the TV show bad chad customs Jolene's video yesterday debunked the "reality" part of it when she said discovery paid for for everything and everyone and the "customers" were for show purposes only.

Great tip Chad beveling the edge to thin the metals edge to weld it together , fast & effective ! That's why I enjoy watching you as you do your craft ! I pick up on so many tricks of the trade that saves time without cutting corners that lead to disaster ! Thank you Chad for teaching us how it's done ! what may seem easy to you ... for most of us who doesn't do it every day ... When you show us what your doing is a godsend for us !

Hey Chad. I thought about you while I was working on my furnace. The door that you takeoff to access the burner has louvers stamped in it and if you had two of those panels and cut the louver section out you could make the coolest looking side covers with the louvers running vertically and I bet you could get sections already louvered from the scrap pile at the heating and air place for next to nothing . it would be worth pulling into a business and asking them if you could look through their scrap pile!

Bad, Chad said in this episode that he could incorporate something like that but he prefers to make his own because then it’s his idea and he has everything he needs to make it work. He said it’s fun. !!

In my past experiences, when I had a similar problem I but a new electrode in the gun tip and it solved the problem, worked like new again. Hopefully you can try that to solve problem. Thanks to you and Jolene for all the great videos and work the two of you do to create a mass amount and knowledge and inspiration on wonderful projects..👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I wish Chad had been around in the 70s when I was working on my 57 Chevys. I think of numerous things I could have done after watching your videos. I did some metal fabricating but nothing as advanced as Chad's work....there were many things I wanted to do but didn't know how. Again, IMHO especially after seeing the side panel put in place, it sure seems to me there should be some drop on the hood from the cowl to the radiator.

I would plug the three pronger in at the wall, Then run three separate single extension leads that way reducing the nest of confused tools and cables in the shop, It’s only really required if you have a lack of AC outlets in the shop,

Old school Harley, Indian style rear fenders with the flair out at the bottom all four corners. Keep the turning headlamps add OG skirts on the rear. Use the motorcycle rear tailights and plate holder on the rear fenders. Fill the tubing running boards flat on top to the body. Put an old school radiator cap on grill shell. A pegasis or something with wings. Shell Oil?

Heat moves in every direction evenly, but quicker through different substances. Hot air rises because it's a gas and hot gases expand, which makes it weighs less than colder unexpanded air. The metal gets heated from the surrounding air as the air rises, but heat doesn't rise, hot air does.
