had the same thought. cause all the attributes were known but none of the players have been scouted. so i guess that only works if u do the "right" settings in ur save.

When you got the page opened it says attributes and pick next to it click that and it'll say highlight key attributes role and click the position and it'll pick the attributes best for the position

Does this only work if Scouting World Knowledge minimum is at Good? Mine is stated Basic which is below good i think and its doesn't load any player. Mine on 2031 by the way

It’s more based on your scouting package. So it depends what you have selected there. Even if you’re just scouting your nation you should still find a few players

You need the in-game editor if you're on PC/Mac. If you're on console then I don't believe you can get it? But I don't know 100% as I don't have one...
