Our buddy Brian King has been building this mad creation in his basement for many years, and now it's finally alive and RIPPING. It's an all-wheel-drive swapped Olds Cutlass, and it may be one of the wildest G-body builds we've ever seen. And the dude drove it all the way from Nebraska just to come show it to us and take a rip in the yard!! No trailers necessary. Just a whole lot of skinny pedal.

NO 1st if he just made and sold the carbon body parts he would be rich. I have a 86 442 cutlass and its almost impossible to find repo body parts for the car. Thats why he has the hurst olds paint job with no front air dam. You cant find the parts.

@Dave Micolichek Wouldn't have to be a Bravada, the first 2 generations of Bravada was just a dressed up S-Blazer/Jimmy 4x4, but with the transfercase out of the Syclone, Typhoon, and AWD Astro/Safari vans then the 3rd gen was a Trailblazer. My money is that he just got a S-Truck Bravada and chopped that up.

@@barneymiller7894 wrong, the owner is very vague about what exactly he did. I have studied it very closely and seen the magazine article about it. It is clearly a bravada front diff, with a tbss tranny and transfercase. He hacked the frame up from the bravada and cutlass and came up with a cutlass that will accept the s10/bravada front differential. I know this to be the case, because I have copied it nearly exactly. In fact, you don't need any tbss parts. I used a 4l80 trans and the original bravada transfercase.

Not to take anything from the builder, but it's not as crazy as it sounds. S-10's and G body's share a ton of parts and the frames are very similar. The hardest part is finding a 90's Bravada because most of them have been used in swaps like this and Typhoon/Syclone clones already. But where they mate up is practically identical so you can cut it like a puzzle piece and weld them together. I don't know what he used for coilovers to ditch the torsion bars but on the Regal/AWD GN clone I did with a Typhoon swap I used JSM Machine A arms and coils.

There's also another option for a clip that works and is cheaper to find. But I'll leave it up to anyone that is seriously doing it to figure out ;-)
