Since Boston secured the first seed they lowered the intensity and have lost a few games... still 62- 18... by far the best team in the regular season and the favorites for the playoffs

Yeah no not really. I care FAR more about not seeing a player getting injured right before the playoffs. That would feel absolutely cursed if I spent hundreds, maybe thousands travelling to a game only to witness Porzingis tear an ACL jumping for a board in a game that didn’t matter. In fact that would pretty much be a dampener on the whole holiday

@@vincentodoh807 1) if they did that you’d just be complaining about load-managing & not getting to see the team’s best player anyway (this is literally why they’ve brought in load-management rules this year) 2) they still need to practice their sets & plays, they just need to do so without getting injured in the process i.e. by dropping their intensity and avoiding high-risk injury situations. So no, he shouldn’t.

Yes the Knicks are very good this season and Brunson is a bucket on fire but I think the deal here is the Celtic. They struggled against Indiana, Hawks, Knicks and Bucks. The season series with the Bucks was even 2-2, but they won both games at home with 3pts, while the Bucks spank them with double and 30pts victory. Celtic always struggle with the Heats. As for the Bucks, if they could get over the first round series, then they could mount another title charge. Imagine having Dame, Bobby, Khris carrying the team wuth regular buckets and adding Giannis to that after the first round???? Think about that for a second!
