I’m biased as a Raptors fan, but I agree. I don’t want to put too much pressure on him, but there are times where he’ll make a pass, or make a move that very few players can. The other thing about him is that he is so unselfish, and often passes up good looks. Once he puts it all together, he’ll be right up there with the best. I mean, he’s already an all star.

This doesn't play defense take is absurd - he had so much job on offense in the finals, watch clippers series, thunder... Luka's offense is a system of pnr choose ur poison and can't be at the same rank as Wembys. I've seen Wemby run the offense- cant back down a lot of centers, TO chance increased (gold medal game as example),... He's a rookie, Luka is a vet, there are differences that cant be rolled over by "Wemby's a 2 way threat".

Embiid can barely finish a playoff series in his 20s and when he does, he chokes. Luca is barely better than a cardboard cutout on defence. No one can be #1 in the world and not be at least above average on D. Flagg might not even be #1 in the draft. I don't think he's going to be above Ant and SGA. Ant, SGA, and Wemby are your top 3 with Joker and Luca after them. Chet is going to be somewhere in the top 10 as well.

Book and Tatum are both no.2s, so unless they're inflated for marketing, they dont make the list for me. U can slot in Shai. Ant has been killer in the postseason for 3 yrs now at a very young age, and he's clearly being positioned as the face of the league, think he may go top 3. Cooper Flagg has a lot to prove, scrimmages w a bunch of vets who r chilling doesnt count - its not the jordan-magic era where its pride when u put on the shoes, its the lebron era, where all star games are like playing ball w yr niece.

Luka is the most overrated player in the league. An immaculate scorer and facilitator; but he's beyond ass on the other side of the ball, literally half of the game. He also refuses to get in shape, and his metabolism isn't going to be getting any better. He's not the best player right now, and he won't be in the top 5 in 5 years.
