Hoover PowerScrub - Troubleshooting Not Dispensing Issues

I have this issue, nothing works!!!! Solution dispenses from hose, but not from machine. Any other suggestions? Will call Hoover Monday, hate they aren't open over the weekend.

Hey @gigi if you have checked that the distributor bar is clear of debris, and you have primed your pump for up to a minute, but the problem is still there you may have a problem on the trigger of your unit. Please do get in contact with one of our agents so we can get you fixed ASAP.

I’ve purchased 2 of these machines within 3 weeks of each other thinking I had a defective unit the first time. The second unit is doing the exact same thing. I’ve primed the pump and nothing is working. Sat on hold for 45 minutes with Hoover customer service before giving. Unbelievably frustrated.

I have did all the above. If the hose is near the floor it will dispense however when I lift it to clean furniture is when the water will not dispense only when hose is low to floor

Hey, i recently spoke with one of our engineers and they mentioned this issue can be fixed by priming the pump, please lift you hose and hold down the trigger for a couple of minutes, that should give the pump enough strength to pump out the water. If priming the pump doesn't help you may need to contact one of our agents to help you solve this issue.
