You are correct. There is simply a hydraulic wheel motor on the end of each spinner. You can talk to the guy in video. ( my brother) , 610 507 4662 he owns the business and does the sales.

Simple but looks effective, top that is easy repairable

We find it to be quite easy. Not much too them. The only thing the design doesn't do is shoot bedding. You need to drive into the pen. The advantage is less dust and cost.
