Thank you! Great review. The only thing missing was showing how to use the attachment and maybe demonstrate cleaning stairs or appolstry. I purchased this model last night from Walmart in an emergency situation [grandchild had vomited all over my living room floor and my fabric couch]. I absolutely love this machine. It cleaned up everything, and there is no smell or residue remaining. My only wish, and it's splitting hairs, is that the hose tubing for the handheld attachment could expand or have an extension for long steep staircases. The work-around: I set the machine at the top of the stairs and can clean about 5 or 6 steps going down, then I set the machine at the bottom of the stairs and clean the other 6 stairs going up. The stairs look amazing now! I love the automatic feature for wash/dry in the upright mode with no trigger handle to squeeze! My hand used to get so sore and go numb doing that with my old Bissel. I also love how well it extracts the dirt, and how easy it is to wash out everything. AND The roller brush removes and can be cleaned and reinsert easily! Tip to users: NEVER dump the dirty extractiin liquid down any of your house drains! Always dump it outside. It's full of fine grain particles and hair that will damage and clog things! Also hot tip, running the"dry" mode back over your whole project area will significantly reduce dry time. I highly recommend this machine!

The mixing solution ration is incorrect, it isn't 16oz per tank , on the instruction booklet saids 3 Oz per water tank Not 16 Oz Just bought ours Hoover Smartwash Essentials manufacturing date 06/20/2024. Model# FH52110 . It works as a marble...! Thank you for your video, it made the decision for purchasing it.

Does the spin brush lock into place on both ends of yours? Mine only rocks in place on the gear turning end do other end just sits floppy….am I missing a part?
