I agree. Definitely keep the Countach It's not my favorite year, with all the body cladding, but beneath all that, it's still a freaking Countach! Gotta be some way to make the seat lower to accommodate the Hoovster. Maybe just remove the bottom of the seat, lol.

Personally I'd offload some of the other hoopties and keep the lambo collection. You likely won't be able to get another set like that ever again. Plus the countach and diablo are the two coolest lamborghinis ever made in my opinion.

In Europe, we have a solution for being tall in a low sportscar. These seats can be lowered, either with different mounting or custom mounts. Thats also how Lambo did it when they had a tall customer. So you can fit in the Countach.

I can’t wait for the Diablo to be up and running. I have the feeling it’s going to be the perfect blend of the other two. It’s a hardtop convertible so there’s that, it’s got the V12 that we all love, it’s faster than the Countach and more comfortable I would imagine, but it’s not quite as digital as the Murci. I’ve never sat in a Lambo but if I could pick between the three to own I would go Diablo.

15w40 is a great choice for supercars, muscle cars and AMG. If you see a little cold try the 10w-30 HD oils like Rotella or Delo or the $10 a gallon Mobil Delvac 1300S. MaxLife 10w-40 is also excellent. Save the synth oil for turbo engines.

I'm not sure what you are referring to about the brakes? All 240s had 4 wheel disc brakes, and those look pretty stock from the few sweeps past and looking at it (and having owned over a dozen 240s personally) - brakes are not something Volvo ever really skimped on... but I do agree I'd like more info on it...

Its a great oil for any motorcycle, 15w40 t4 even has JASO - MA rating which is for motorcycle use with wet clutches(no friction modifiers in the oil)

why are so many people using rotella in their stuff? I get why Cleetus McFarland uses it because he runs hefty boost in this racecars but this is an NA motor, you don't need the thick shit.

If you were starting below freezing or operating in colder climate, yes it makes sense to run thinner oil but most high performace engines are run on 40weight oil. BMW even uses 15w60. "Thick shit" actually lubricates and protects engines better than the EPA approved 5w20 or even 0w16, which was designed purely for MPG reasons

The T6 would probably lead to oil leaks on Countach and old Diablo. Conventional oils are adviced.

You can get a giant filter for your regular car also ask for a wix fleet filter for your car there twice as big as stock and work much better than stock filter

3 times the Avalon I have 5w30 syn. I would say change the filter ( oil) rather than the oil it self ! Plus fuel/ air/ cabin etc. filters ! !,not all wheel drive !!! Do you buy the oil by the 55 gallon barrel? How’s the heater in the convertible this mid March 2021 ?
