I am a middle school teacher in a Christian school. These topics come up, and I would love to have solid scripture to point my students to. The CSB is such a readable version. I think it would make these topics very accessible to my kids.

I have recently gotten my Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling. I have been called to minister to people. I loved the review of this Bible. I have been in Biblical counseling with different counselors and have often wondered if a resource like this exists. I’m so happy to see this. Thank you for this review and flip through! I had always just assumed that this was something like a CSB version of the Life Application Study Bible and now I see that it is quite different! The articles seem very useful, and I can imagine it being something that you can turn to for a sound biblical perspective on a number of difficult issues. The CSB is the translation I have been using in my Bible reading and study for the past few years, so this is a Bible I will definitely keep my eye on and consider picking up (especially having elementary aged kids and being part of my church's children's ministry).

I appreciated seeing/hearing your process of going through a Bible, but I value even more when you've read through some of the material and speak to it personally instead of making assumptions. I was also curious about any resources in the back of the Bible.... Concordance, special indexes, etc. this does look like a great tool! I think it would be helpful for every household to have something like this, with many resources all in one place. Does it have a section for references, or how to dig deeper into certain topics?

As one who struggled for years with life/ health crippling depression, anger, and anxiety, I know this would have been invaluable to me as I battled suicidal thoughts…. While praise God I’m not in that place anymore, I would welcome having a copy to share with and use as I mentor others.
