It is not just about government allowing care workers to work anywhere because you can actually work anywhere within care sector 20 hrs but for government to change the rule to be able to work 40hrs.

The government should just let care workers with revoked sponsorship to work 40 hrs or more with any employer as long as it's in care , the stress is just too much

This is a very good move from the UK government. I know someone whose employer's licence was revoked, and they got a letter from the home office, but it wasn't for them to leave the UK within 60 days. This is goods😊

This is the correct response by uk govt. Bc not the peoples fault that they were deceived. If there had been sn online registry of the conpdnies information snd their COS licence stating they wont be licenced at a certain time it would be understable. Same i said if they have come in already on COS they can let them do other needed jobs for the COS duration. Not fair to send them back just so !!! So I applaud the UK government if they have looked at it this way and taken fair measures as this !!!

Thanks Tochi for always updating us. I have received such mail and surprisingly, it is not to leave the country. The department for Health and Social care (DHSC) is in charge of helping those who are in this situation (employees whose sponsor's license has been revoked).

Tochi, i got an email from home office to support in getting new sponsorship after my sponsor licence was revoked. But unfortunately i have left uk out of fear of deportation. I dont know what to do now weather to respond to the email or just keep calm. Please advise!!!
