Thank you so much for sharing this video, l really feel for the decision reached that led to her eventual deportation even though she is yet to start the job that brought her to the uk. Im so sorry to this but ignorance of the law is no excuse l wonder if she consulted a lawyer in the whole matter. The truth is that the home office is under pressure likewise the government to reduce. The migration numbers which is still very high. Another point is that people do not read their documents until there problems

TBH I often say to skilled workers, just stick to the hours your employer contracted you for. I no people want to hustle to make extra cash, but you just never know what is waiting for you ahead of your ILR journey. Caveat some employers clearly state in the contracts that you are not permitted to work for anyone else. I come in peace.

What happens if one's employer breaches the contracted hours, please? That's as in literally not meeting the words of the contract.

I think she arrived too early to uk on 8th june, if she is to start work on 1st July. Two weeks plus is a long time to be idle which led to her side hustle in the convenience store. Sooo painful and unfortunate, she never knew it will result to deportation.

They are only allowed to work for 20 hours per week only. Outside ur visa sponsorship...this has to be strictly as a hca not any other job😊 .

This question interest me because, after passing an interview for a Data Analysis job I was told I dnt have uk work experience. So can I take a volunteer work in Data Analysis to get that UK working experience since Data Analysis is part of the salary immigration list.
