Door de bijbel te lezen, maar ook achtergrondstudie, weten we dat gelovigen "bij de Heer zijn", vermoedelijk de derde hemel, terwijl ongelovigen worden ondergebracht in het Gehenna. King James Version uses charity, as does the other verses in this chapter. Greek translates 'much benevolence'. I like knowing the original languages in that charity here carries even more of a selfLESSness; doing with no thought of it returning, nor being loved in return. Just as the word perfect in our English seems unattainable but in Biblical languages it is wonderful because it means 'to be complete' which is attainable, as in we are complete in Christ Jesus.

This movie isn’t what it’s supposed to be. Besides the fact that there’s commercials every five minutes on the dot, makes it very distracting and not worth watching. A movie on television doesn’t even have this many commercial breaks. Terrible terrible thing to have to go through all these commercials, and then you lose sight of what this is actually about. Which, by the way, doesn’t appear to be God they use the word a lot, but it’s not. It’s more New Age than anything else.
