I was big in the breakbeat scene in Orlando in the 90s which was insane,and legendary!! I grew up in San Bernardino and left in 93 to move to Orlando did a lot of time for GHB and pushed Alot of rolls through club Firestone then moved to Vegas in 2000 and helped promote club utopia bringing Florida breaks there.

Hope never ceases to amaze me !! Ive been hooked on her music ever since I moved to Seattle on a cold rainy day in December of 1993. I heard her voice on the radio , and actually had to pull over on the side of the road to listen. Of course the song was Fade into You. Perfect soundtrack for a pandemic and economic depression. I was hoping for something more on the lines of "The Spoils", which is dark and melancholic but also ethereally gorgeous. I am a long time fan of Massive Attack. This is pushing the boundaries of "dark and moody" into territory I find borderline unlistenable unless I was severely depressed or on drugs. "Butterfly Caught" sounds like an Abba song compared to this. I recently checked out Burial. I love "dark", but it's more like the soundtrack to a horror movie about a pyromaniac than something I would listen to while being quarantined.
