What is the part number for organic brake pads? Are they same as for E4/M4?

You say the brake reach adjustment should be “all the way out “. Does this mean the lever all the way out or the adjuster bolt all the way out? Confused

because it was probably using a 180mm rotor instead of a 160mm.
