We have been selling Hope products for years at Moonglu. They are great people and the product appeals to our customers. How is worldwide shipping Hope's problem when they don't sell consumer direct? Blame the place you ordered it from, not Hope. (I'm one of your supplier's competitors and Hope ALWAYs deliver if you place the order. ALWAYS!)
