HOPE VALLEY LOOP WITH AWESOME VIEWS

I Can't believe how dry it is. My second thoughts were wow how quiet it is then you got to about 12 minutes in when the loose dogs and walkers really started to appear. The downhill is worth the climb I thought you were going to fly past the guy ahead of you on the downhill where you caught the two riders up but always nice to be careful and give them room he did look a bit erratic at one point so i can understand you hanging back as it's always safer to get a clean pass or just follow if need be . The early part of the climbing looks like it would be interesting if it was wet. I find 26 miles is a good length of ride for me on the trails we do, we tend to end up in general around that distance which is good when theres a few teccy climbs in it and always the hill home after the ferry :-)

Thanks for your kind words mate, it’s strange like that sometimes in the Peak District, I’ve been out on weekends and it’s been as quiet as a graveyard and then I’ve been to almost the same area during the week and it’s been like Kings Cross, thanks for your praise with regards to the the other people on the trail, I’m always careful with other people, sometimes a little too careful but it’s a difficult thing to judge the possible actions especially walkers with dogs, I’ve edited out worst section I climbed up to Mam Tor because it was ridiculous how little amount of room some walkers didn’t leave me and I was right on the edge of quite a steep drop-off, my l language wasn’t good either 😉

@@yorkneytrailrider1751 I can imagine how bad they are I know one guy who had a middle aged to elderly guy gleefully hump a huge rock into a trail directly where the guy was driving up in a land rover the walker then stood to the side grinning ....F***ing Ba****ds ... We have 26 miles of legal motorized routes and approx 1600 miles of footpaths and they still moan
