Thanks Gillian, I totally agree, I like overgrown sections as long as they’re not thick with stingers and brambles, I rode through Gorse and it didn’t scratch my legs one bit get a bramble stem wrapped it’s self around my right leg and made it’s mark 🤣🤣

Great to see you out again mate. Great video Sean… I enjoyed watching that. 8:18 that cow was persistent 😂. 15:45 great descent. Could tell you loved it mate.

Cheers Rob, I didn’t think it was going to move at first but when I started flapping my arm like a sacrificial chicken, they backed off, I am careful around cow’s that have calves though, after all they could flatten me no problem, I know it sounds daft but I get a feeling if they look like they’re going to scarper or not, if they stand fast, I turn around and get the hell out of there 😂 It was an awesome ride with many great sections mate 😎😎

Thanks Ian, your welcome mate, hope it helps you get more subscribers, it looks like I’ve a couple more off this video so I’m happy about that, I never went into KZbin to be some kind of influencer but it’s nice to know that people are watching and liking what I’m doing and subscribing of course, it was great to get out again but because I’ve not been out in a while I’m getting leg cramps, looks like I’ll be scoffing bananas for a while 🤣🤣

@@yorkneytrailrider1751 I’m deffo at the bottom end of what a “KZbinr” is mate that’s for sure 😂 Great stuff on growing your channel mate you’re doing great! I’ve also added all this years rides to Komoot and popped my account in the about me on here so it might be easier for you to grab any other of my rides you fancy 👍🏼

Nice ride I recognised some of it from one of your previous rides 🙂. You have to love stubborn cattle, so may people are afraid of them too you did ok shifting them theyre often more curious of you and don;t want to move at all like they stood initial, you did well to get them out of your way
@yorkneytrailrider17515 ай бұрын
It’s a beautiful place to ride and so much to ride too, I didn’t show all the video with the bulls, I had to really shout at the stubborn one and one or two expletives came out too 🤣

I nearly did but I didn’t think anyone would like to hear me swearing, I always edit the swearing out unless I’ve missed one or two 🤣🤣

@@yorkneytrailrider1751 I gave up editing my swearing out .... There wouldn't be much left if I removed it lol ... Just sat at the ferry ..going to do a gentle solo ride and litter pick on my way up into Grizedale ..the plan is to go down the path that I thought I was on when I did the sketchy one.... Sometimes I've put a warning in about my language ...only sometimes

I did a lot of swearing too, more than usual I think pal, I’m not judging anyone who leaves swearing in their videos it’s just something I feel uncomfortable with mate, I’m not lily white though because I’m sure if my first video had swearing in it, that makes me a hypocrite 🤣🤣

Must of had some freak weather in the hope valley it was dry further east on Friday. Classic stuff. Ian does some great routes. Nice one 👍
@yorkneytrailrider17515 ай бұрын
It was dry where I live in the south side of Sheffield too but as soon as I crossed the Derbyshire border it started, I should have known it’d rain on my first day off in weeks, oh well I’m not going to melt and neither is my bike 😉 Ian is a star and shared this ride a while ago 👍
