I have followed Brian’s journey or started to after I encountered the Holy Spirit and have had a similar experience spiritually changing. As much as I love music and know it , I’d never really listened to Korn . I just saw a video of him talking about his experience with the Holy Spirit on a day that i wanted to give up going through changes after Encountering God and feeling odd and alone . His description of God and the relationship with Christ is what I know him to be , So following his journey is an anchor or has been through close to 6 years of being set apart and healed with him alone. It’s a beautiful blessing this video popped up today at the beginning of a new life coming out of this dark knight of the soul. The Holy Spirit is so strategic and an amazing divine guide. The love of God is like nothing I’ve ever known or experienced. It’s a supernatural teacher . So grateful for people like Brian that tell the truth of what he went through and doesn’t hold back on his speaking about his supernatural experience with God . It’s not religion, it’s a relationship. Thank you and Bod bless you and your beautiful daughter Brian Welch. 🌈🌈🌈🙏

I’ve been a Christian for 17 years and grew up with my grandparents. So I assumed that all Christian music was just hymns and stuff. But I really like heavy metal. So through listening to that stuff (mostly avenged sevenfold), I fell away from Christ. But almost a decade ago I was having seizures and He spoke to me. I was introduced to contemporary Christian music. Then within the past couple of weeks, a friend had me listen to some Christian metal bands. I was a heroine addict partying my head off for 11 years, lost everything that mattered to me including my heartbeat and for a few minutes my life, but God ripped me out as suddenly as a big lifeguard pulling me out the water but as gently as a father who found the son he lost. There was no denying God’s intervention in my life to all who knew me but in recent years monotony and the struggle to be relevant as a believer in a modern, digital world as well as the pettiness and detachment of many churches to the real world has lead me to a very numb place spiritually and it feels like a bigger threat to my eternal state than all my parting and drugging ever did. I feel like I need a monster truck builder to pull me into a church quick. It’s one thing to know without a doubt that God is real and knows me, it’s another thing completely to maintain a relationship with Him especially given a strained relationship with my earthly dad, an amazing man but never understood me nor I him.

Don't worry about being a believer Artur. Just know God believes in you, and take it from there bro. Your post shows more elements of Christ than a load of posts on here from Christians - and they're the ones reaffirming that you're not a believer. So I say 'Don't be one' but he's already in you so just enjoy it with a smile

@@VelcroKittie Thank you for taking the time to reply. This message is pleasant to see. I am glad that the reply to my comment is actually a nice message, not one of hate but one of guidance. It made me feel a lot better reading this. Thank you for these words :)

I was such a spiritual kid, then suddenly teenage and early 20s life took me on a different path. I don't agree with organised religion, but I do agree with the golden rule. I live my life by it. At the moment, though, I feel like I'm assembling my life as I would a piece of IKEA furniture. I think i know how it goes together, but without the manual I'm not sure.

Walked away from church 20 some years ago. A lot of drugs and alcohol later my wife finally convinced me to go to a church she found. I wanted nothing to do with it but I went. There were so many people just like me. Harleys, tattoos, earrings and not a suit in sight. Plain normal people. Took me 3 goes before I surrendered my life back to Christ and today marks day 11 of being sober, While not a miracle to some it is to me for the amount I drank every day. Thank you God for waiting for me right where I left you.

Wow, so he was talking about how sad his life was and how much he hated himself, abuse of women, drugs, neglecting his child, but you selfish people would rather him talk about those things he really hated and that were destroying him? How sick you are. Jesus loves you though.

Solomon King I’ve been in dark times too. But I didn’t need to turn to an imaginary friend for help.

Freeyourmind So many people know Jesus to be alive and there for all. What makes you so sure? If you’re so free-minded why do you put limits on others? You should sincerely try at least to get to know Christ before you make such close minded comments. Do your research in the positive and negative, not just one sided negative study of Christ.
