Can't help commenting although I have just started watching. What you say about the yarn, this is the exact problem I found myself it. I am an absolute beginner, did not even know what I will be needing and to top that I have poor eyesight. I went to a shop, just bought a yarn in black and red because I love minimal. I tried knitting, I couldn't separate 1 thread from the other, it all looked similar and after 2 attempts, the thread was useless, it looked like rats chew on them. Now I will know better. Thank you for such a detail explanation. You're awesome.

I know what you mean! I started crocheting about 10 years ago, and I did it for 2 or 3 years. It was always very basic stuff. I just started again and I'm surprised I forgot everything I knew LOL I came back to a project I had started that is yarn of red and white. 🙄 Big mistake! I've never been very good at examining the top row of any piece, to know exactly where I should be stitching into. It's being a bit of a nightmare doing this. However I just don't want to take it apart and start again, nor give up on it all together. I will struggle through on this one, but I won't make that mistake again.

Everything explained very well, difficult process shown repeatedly, all terminologies explained on the screen, you know very well what an absolute begginner may find difficult to do and what would they need to know, very patient and calming voice, Everything is so perfect! Thank you very much!! I started crocheting two days ago and was very confused because all videos had terms I didn't understand, some didn't explain as good, some said begginner tutorial but showed advanced stuff in their videos until i came across this video. Thank you again very much for all your efforts! 😊😊😊

Hello, im a beginner crocheter who decided to start crocheting not only as a hobby, but also in hopes in starting a small crochet business. This video was vv helpful!! ^^ I already made two projects so far-a ribbon hair clip and a flower hair clip, which I made before finding this video. Although I wish I found this video before I started crocheting lol. But anyway, this video was so informative and helpful for beginner crocheters. Thank you so much for this!! 😊💞

Omg I wanted to learn how to crochet but had no idea where to start. Your tutorials are SO helpful, and I just made my first single crochet stitch right now - I'm so happy!! Thank you so much!!

Update: in 2 hours, I learned how to do chain stitch, single crochet, half-double stitch AND a double stitch (double is a bit difficult trying to pull through only 2 loops at a time but will practice more). I'm so so happy!! 🤩🤩

This is the gold standard for the basic crochet stitches tutorial. This is the only tutorial I followed when I learned how to crochet 2 years ago. Thank you for sharing your expertise and time, Ms. Vineeta. More power to you.❤️

This is a fantastic beginner crochet tutorial. You take the time to explain tension and the different ways to hold your yarn…it’s wonderful.

I can’t describe the comforting feeling I get from your voice and tutorials. Although I’m super disappointed with myself and my endless failed attempts on making a proper chain. Listening to you made me forget all about it. Thank you
