I do love the premise of this (specifically the drink powers and fairies)! But... I could really do without the stress of wondering "Does this love interest even like her???" I really don't think Shinya was worth all the chasing with the way he was acting. I'm only going off of your description, so all I know is that he's VERY inconsistent. It's not even an older shoujo problem, it still happens and it still tortures me!! But I do agree with giving this an anime adaptation if it'd be fleshed out ^^ Another manga I desperately want to get an anime adaptation is Seiyuu Ka! It's literally about voice acting and it's a fun read, I SO wanna see it in action.
