I love that she got a couple dresses she wasn’t sure about but then they turned out so well. Many of her videos she doesn’t have that good of luck so I’m very glad she had really good success with the Skims dresses. She deserves it with all the work she puts in.

hey hope! fun fact satin is not a fabric, it is a type of fabric weave! satin is usually made from silk, polyester or nylon. the weft 4 over 1 stitch creates a shiny finish on the outside and a dull finish on the inside. recently learned this, thought i’d share

The dress itself could have been made with shaper fabric. There's no reason shapers need to come in neutral colors. You'd of course get bulge lines on some edges, but it would still be better than the dress alone

Modal is AMAZING! It's made from beechwood and yes, it makes stuff very soft! It's great to wear as underwear because the layer on top don't "stick" to it. It's also very breathable and even if you start to sweat... it absorbs nearly 50% more than cotton! Super pleasant to wear!

I have bought modal for many yrs now because it's a natural fabric. I will usually only by cotton, rayon, bamboo, silk or modal for its breathability in sheets, bed spreads, night clothes and clothing.

I love how you go out of your comfort zone to try things on just so we have an idea of how things actually look and fit in real life. You look amazing in each of them, and yes, you can use some clothing glue to make the things stay in place. Great video Hope 🎉

I had surgery on my tailbone in 1982 and have a nifty scar that would show through that keyhole. Nearly everyone I know knows that if I sit too long in one position the scar hurts. If I got that dress, everyone would be able to actually see what's been bothering me for 40 years this December. . .

To stop the dresses riding up, you can purchase "fashion tape", which sells everywhere & acts like a glue/tape that holds the dress down.

I think she tends to order clothing in sizes that are too small, resulting in bad fits that are blamed on the garment…but are because the item is too small and is pulling, not sitting in the correct place, rides up, or just looks odd because it’s too small. Like the pink side tie dress - the boob panel is pulling over and the bottom rising up so much because it’s too small. Same with the one arm dress - it shouldn’t ride up exposing her butt. Yea short tight dresses are short and tight - but if they fit properly, they shouldn’t be SO tight as to ride up like that.

i had pink hair for about five years and loved every different shade, from bold violet pink to dusty rose pale pink. every time i got a new pink shade i had to change my pink in my wardrobe. (so sad!) I would probably still have pink hair except that it's so blah gray that it was easy to make it blonde. and now i can wear orange and red. (there IS that!) so, I love your pink hair! and i get it, that all pink clothing is amazing and awesome. (and even with my blonde hair)

Try a thin layer of hair spray, It will keep the fabric in place and not allow it to ride up your legs. Ive tried it. It Works
