I was privileged to share time with Thomas Banyacya Jr in the early 90s in Oregon a beautiful part of Turtle Island. I also met some other amazing people in that period in the USA and South America. On reflection there are a few things I learned then and after : 1. The role of humans is to care for the earth and all life on it. 2. The different peoples and cultures together make up the Rainbow Tribe who strive for a period of harmony with the earth and all life on it. 3. Enjoy, be nice, have fun. The most special sound is the sound of children playing and laughing together. There is much more that can be said about all of this of course. It warms my heart to see Thomas again, even on a computer and via the internet! LOL.Without contradicting his hierarchy of clans : life is run by the Coyote, who is a trickster with a cosmic sense of humour.

my great grandparents had a couple of cows, chickens,a manual waterpump and a garden, basically a smallfamily farm. Life was not easy and slow but people had plenty in a sustainable way. Now the laws of the government make it harder and harder for a small farm to survive. Most small farms have disappeared in my country. Only industrial farmers remain. The worst is the young ppl dont even know any other way and they dont teach anything useful at school. Im from Flanders Europe. I want to go back to my greatgrandparents way but i need to relearn most knowledge and skills. My family had some bad luck (WW2) and my parents got manipulated into choosing the modern way, i can clearly see it was the wrong way. I dont know why Europeans went to America , i feel ashamed it happened. Why were they so greedy? One thing is certain, our leadership has been compromised and people need to stop following them into the abyss.

Europe experienced an Inquisition from about 1200 to latter 17 and early 1800. The French Revolution signaled serious change. Also the system of feudalism officially ended 1830 turning generational tenant farmers to the road. If you could not pay your overseer lord to own title you were gone. People went into cities poor and hungry with nothing. It was the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. They didn't come to America out of greed. They came because they were starving and to escape the oppressive laws of greed imposed on them. Cottage industries became history. Mass production in factories replacing them. More and more waste ensued. They were victims of natural and unnatural change. The feudal system is a study in itself. So kindly do not attribute it to greed upon the souls of our forebears. They worked hard and suffered and had no choice but to obey their rulers to survive.

@@dinats-7122 I'm in a community of 2500 that hasn't had grocery since about 1990 idk. Food is 5 miles away each direction. The County bus that had a route now is Ride Share and it's a nightmare of scheduling chaos. So anyone w/o wheels is now challenged. There is more of this coming. End game is to get us into metropolitan areas to eliminate cars. We are 23 yrs into this century. What do people think?

And God provides for our food and clothing. Natural wool and Cotton and silk. Animal s skins. And such. Weaving . For sweaters and blanket's rugs. Caring and compassionate welfare for one another as well. Mental illnesses arise . The fundamental s of life basic nerds aren't met. As clans watch out for on another. Help others success in their endeavors. Promote unity and respect of leadership and the elders. Teacher's. For the youth with right and proper ways of life. Foods and caring for each other. Family . Yes this definitely is something to be shared Now 2022 June. As the Sacred wisdom of the creator God has been revealed with His signs and wonders and divine Word. We trust in Him.
