As a relatively new Reaper user and VO artist, this video is incredibly useful. Keep up the excellent work. Love your tutorials.

Very helpful. I love they way you explain each item in an easy and concise manner. I have watched several tutorials and yours, by far, was the most educational.

So many great little tips for Reaper in here as well. Like the shortcuts for regions and rendering out the regions as separate files.

This is a great idea for a series, especially with everyone having a podcast these days.

Almost always learn something new about Reaper from watching your content to help streamline my workflow. + It's interesting for us VO's to see/hear things from the other side of the glass' perspective. I've shared it on the r/voiceacting sub reddit, hopefully others will find it useful too.

You've recorded a voice over chapter. You listen back and hear a sentence you would like to record again. I understand how to remove a sentence without leaving a gap. What I need to know is how do I 'drop in' a better recording.

Hi Adam, great video as always. I have to admit I skimmed through this looking for some guidance on compression in a voice over. I'm editing a live cookery talk recorded with a lav mic (synco). No preset in Reacomp. (Reacomp presets are cool). Any reason for no fx? Best regards Pete, Auchtermuchty , Scotland. :)

so.... you didn't talk abt compressors, noise gate, limiters, EQ at all.

Can you please help me separate my browser audio in reaper. I would like to be able to record my KZbin browser while simultaneously using my interface for recording guitar through my plug-ins in reaper. I'm completely lost trying to use voicemeeter. Is there an easier way? I have an Audient iD14 (MKI not MKII) so it doesn't have built in playback like the newer version. HELP 🙏🥺

TT_TT Dude. i Forking love you. i joked a bit earlier on another video but.... like seriously, can i order you guys like donuts from your favorite bakery or something? shipping from the US would A. take 10 year, B. be really freeking expensive and C. probably result in squished, old, crumbs rather than real treats. But seriously, you deserve a cookie, and not just a metaphorical one. XD

These are all the things I think you’d need to do the job properly- and they can always come back and watch it more than once, or in parts!

Why is nobody telling how the most important thing in audio editing works in Reaper? It's so hard to find anything about keyframe editing to adjust levels manually. Don't you guys need that as much as I do? And concerning video pedagogics - it's great, you're using chapters, but generally in a video tutorial, in most of them and also in yours there's just far too much casual talk - that makes learning so much more time consuming, sorry. ;)

You have to be crazy thinking anyone will pay $197 for your Reaper class. If it was $25 or even $50 it might be tempting. When that $197 popped up it was just a chuckle. Not even remotely a consideration given the other free content.
