I really don't understand why Hopsin gets so much hate. He's, from a technical standpoint, one of the best rappers doing it today. His multisyllabic rhyming and internal rhyming is off the charts by today's hip hop standards. And his lyrical content is still on point, whether you agree with his stance on certain topics or not. Hopsin is ill. Ill Mind of Hopsin 5 and 7, the tracks, alone deserve classic status.
@kylonith85886 жыл бұрын
while he is very technically proficient, he has the viewpoint of a teenage atheist on a lot of topics. however, i think when he does tracks like this and "crown me" he's a good rapper. just when he tries to inject politics into his music, it usually ends up working against him
@zacharymarvin42686 жыл бұрын
works against him? Because stupid fucks like you can't keep up. Y'all just want a catchy hook with a good beat - Hop continues to grow as an artists while the "good" rappers of today have spitting the same shit content since they came into the game!! He's putting it all out there and not holding back on his personal opinion or thoughts.

But a lot of new so-called rappers just make sounds, talk about dick, ass, pussy (face, tits, booty and toes, titties and booty and toes-but I love that song!) and money-nothing about real life and what's their message?? Young, dumb & full of cum and lame ass lyrics that tell nothing, there is no message in shit like that. Hopsin is fuckin' kickin'!!! He has a whole lot to say and I love how he says it.

I have never really been a "fan" (fanatic) of any existing genre, I wouldn't even know enough about any group or artist to be even considered such. When it comes down to music, it's all about lyrics and delivery. (Ice Cube said it, "it's about dope lyrics and delivery"). There are good songs in every genre, you just have to be able to appreciate what you're hearing and look for the decent songs. If you haven't heard Tom MacDonald, well, please do.

Why can't the other rappers sound like this guy? He actually has talent and isn't just doing shitty electronic bullshit. This is one of the only guys I've heard closer to old school rap. Damn sick song.
@amirrahman86733 жыл бұрын
Why are so many of hopsin fans so ignorant to all the talented rappers in the game rn. Sayin “the other rappers” like every rapper sounds the same but you probably just listening to whack shit when there are so many hard rappers in the game like Freddie Gibbs, JID, Flatbush. Hopsin is fire but don’t claim hip hop has worsened, this genre is evolving and u should learn to appreciate the people behind the beats, producing those “shitty electronic bullshit” beats. I’m saying hopsin fans bc I’ve seen multiple comments like this but I know there’s some fans, like me, that appreciate new age and old school hip hop and btw idk why u think hopsin even sounds old school lmao

IMO everyone has the write to love who they are and where they are from. I would love to see those of you who can go back to Africa and sort out the corruption and make the country great, Im sure the rest of the world would love to see it to. I would love to know why many of you feel that way...
