Hori's parents are like that because they met in high school, from what I remember. She was a senior when he was just a freshman. Hori was born when he was only 18, so he's only 35. Even Miyamura noted in ep 2 that Hori's mom is really young. They are just really chill about their relationship. Both of them work a lot, especially Kyousuke (traveling everywhere as a businessman). Fun fact: Hori's mom and dad went to the same high school as Sengoku's father. They were a trio of friends, although Takeru Sengoku has a frenemies relationship with Kyousuke, just like Hori and Sengoku.

I love how Punk (sorry, I only know you guys by your channel name) instantly understands who Chika-chan is, and that Sota's gonna cause a huge misunderstanding by telling Hori about seeing her with Miyamura. I also love that this is the kind of show where the main characters actually talk things out and resolve the misunderstanding quickly. The episode starts with a fight and ends with them officially dating/holding hands. And it's only episode 5!

Hehe 🙃 well Miyamura’s friend did text a picture for a double date and Sota did great to set up a jealousy episode for Hori LOL 😆 Ditto on the communication and misunderstanding resolution time on this Anime, those pesky issues that come from the lack of communication between 2 characters are too much at times so it’s awesome/refreshing to see them get resolved so quick for a change 😌
