It's so sad that Miyamura had to struggle with being a loner for so long. Pretty much anyone who bothers to get to know him ends up loving him. Glad things are better for him now 😊

Apparently, the segments in this episode were switched. Hori asks Miya why he never makes a move on her first, and THEN he kisses her at Shindo's place. But for some reason, they switched the segments so that Miya kisses her before Hori even asks.

Oooh 😯 I guess it helped to make the kiss be a surprise, if Hori would have ask that from Miyamura first we would’ve expected Miya to make a move at any time after that, it was a shocking surprise when Miya kissed Hori at Shindo’s place 😳☺️

It is a cultural norm in Japan to take a bath with someone like this. I think the premise is that when two people can talk about their lives or themselves while “bearing it all” it gives a heavier meaning to their words and it’s less likely that they will lie about something and become closer in the process. For example, meeting a fiancés parent could be a good reason to do this, you can communicate your intentions and feelings fully and whole heartedly cuz you basically have nowhere else to go

That’s very interesting, too bad those things get lost in translation from one culture to another. Then is a very big deal that Kyousuke want to take a bath with Izumi, not so much for a funny scene but for them to really, really get to know each other 😌

Even after reading the whole manga I'm still a bit disappointed by the fact that they cut his hair. The author should have had him wear his "hot miyamura" hairstyle from the beginning. Maybe even with the piercings (though that would probably break school regulations)
