I'll be getting a nano soon, partly thanks to this demonstration video. You were very thorough, so thanks, Rabea! I've gotten pretty good at thumping, been practicing for about 3 months straight now, and I'm really excited to see how this'll push the tone with that technique.

Not gonna lie I’ve had first hand experience with this pedal on super high gain and crunch and neither have a substantial difference no matter where the attack knob is I would agree with most of these comments that are saying that for $60 it would be great but for what horizon devices are asking is robbery this is by no means a bad pedal but definitely not worth the price if you are looking for a boost pedal with more bang for your buck try Fortin they make great pedals and only for around $30-40 more or less depending on if it’s used or not the Grind, 33, and Blade are all great boosts

Rabea have you thought about messing with open tunings? I just remembered from your cord video that you kinda make stuff up by what sounds good. I feel like you might like it. It makes you think about the guitar in a whole different way. I recommend the turning made famous by Mark Tremonti open D5 DADADD it sounds epic a half step down.

As I don’t want to mess with the Krakens long sought after tone to much, this might be a better pedal than the Precision drive. No gate, though... Will this replace the Precision drive on your pedalboard, Bea? BTW, it’s the hardly edible Swedish surströmming at 13:36 :-)
@RedRose47116 жыл бұрын
What would be the best position for this pedal on a board?
@reiniervanzwieten70926 жыл бұрын
as long as it is in front of the distortion or preamp it should be good. i would suggest trying different positions out and see what you like. pedal order is mostly preference. try thing logically on how effects would influence each other.
