By law any reported neighbour disputes (usually over fencing disagreements) to the police, should be disclosed if selling up...i guess it can put buyers off. But play the game right, search for oldest listed and the seller could be an emotional seller... these are the best ones to accept below market value prices 👍but i agree, blame the estate agents laziness or lack of clients list 🙄
