Wow I think the idea of living my entire life around my reproductive cycle sounds really extreme but this was an interesting episode and I am going to do some research 🤔

i appreciate the guest promoting strength training, just one thing bodybuilding is a discipline and sport - the two should not be interchanged. also 2lbs as Melissa mentioned is not heavy, that's your purse ( I think the guest knows that but was being gracious). Great info in this podcast, just wish there would be more clearcut conversation around how important it is for women to combine pilates with strength work (not HIIT) . Especially over 40, its critical.
