I am 48 and my mind has been blown, if anything from the brilliant corrections to the patriarchal western system of women's bodies. For too long women have been made feel because of their hormones they are irrational, incapable and unpredictable and we have accepted the low self esteem, neurotic tendencies and mood swings as something we just have to endure. Think we should call it the Periodarchy and I nominate Vitti for Nobel period prize 🤩.

This is so eye-opening. So i've been taking maca root, evening primrose oil, high strength vitamin b complex and zinc for 6 months consistently and I've noticed a dramatic changed. Period pain gone, acne gone and pms non existent. I used to breakout severely on my face, neck and downstairs that time of the month, now that is not a problem. My cycle has been 28 days every month now on, I beyond grateful to hbfit, for their articles on this and now this video. My doctor didn't see a problem as she thought it just happens to young people.

I remember one day, I had so much pain in my stomach from my period that I almost passed out. I felt dizzy, my blood pressure dropped and I had to lay on the ground. I saw the doctor about it and all she could tell me is "if it happens again let me know" No advice , no information, no help whatsoever. I have since been on Ibuprofen for it, where if i don't take it, I end up on the floor again like the above. I am happy I found this video and will get the book. Thankyou

My mother never spoke to me about getting a period. From school I had learned that women get a period but I knew little more than that. At 13 years old I had severe cramps and pain and spent my entire synchronized swimmimg practice, locked in the toilet, crying. I was not sure what to think because there was some pinkish blood coming out of me but not in any volume, only visible when I wiped. It didnt seem like what I imagined a "period" would have looked like...and it was so painful that I could barely stand. When my mother came to pick me up I tried to tell her something was wrong and when I explained what had happened to me through sobs she told me that I had gotten my first period. She went to the store for me and bought me a variety of feminine hygiene products and gave them to me but we had no further discussion about it ever again and she did not show me how to use the products. I had no more bleeding though and did not get another period until I was 17 years old, over 4 years later. I left home and moved out on my own just before my 14th birthday because I was sexually abused by a family member since my childhood and I had recently started a job in a restaurant. That first paycheck gave me the opportunity to escape my abusive childhood home by subletting a bedroom in the home of some teenagers who were older than me. In retrospect, I realize that the extreme pain I was experiencing at 13 was actually due to a UTI (probably caused by the sex abuse) though I may or may not have also had my first period then too...I really do not think I did though. Since no one had ever shown me how the feminine hygiene products worked when I was 13 years old, when I got what was perhaps my first real period at 17 I felt humiliated and embarassed ashamed but I was too scared to talk to anyone. I basically lived alone at this point so I had no one to go to the store for me and buying period products was so mortifying for me that it literally gave me panic attacks. I had to look at the directions in the box to try and figure out how to use tampons correctly and that was how I learned that period blood came out from a different hole than my urine did. Lol. Pretty sad. I am in my 30s now and am currently reading woman code. I went through 2 years of chronic reoccuring UTI's with no known source/cause and got into tens of thousands of dollars worth of debt in allopathic medical bills that resulted in no answers or solutions. Some doctors had begun to suggest it might be somatic issues related to unresolved trauma based on my history. This made me feel insane! How could the pain be so real??? Other doctors were suggesting endometriosis and medication. The ridiculousness of this mystery made me skeptical enough of allopathy and desperate enough to seek out the help of a naturopath. The naturopath did a ton of lab work right away and reviewed all my previous medical records and discovered right away that in the prior two years of almost daily debilitating pain and failing health no one had ever tested me for anything other than a typical E. Coli infection, even at specialists offices. The results of the labwork with the Naturopath showed that I had a bacterial infection but it was not E. Coli bacteria and through using herbs she perscribed me I was able to completely and fully recover from that nightmare in less than a week. Never had a problem with that pain again. I was shocked! This had impacted my career, my sex life and made me suicidally depressed and doubt my sanity-especially when I was being told that it was somatic. My health dramatically declined from this long term infection in my body and I am pre-diabetic, have a sluggish gallbladder and adrenal fatigue. I also put on a considerable amount of weight (60 lbs.) during that dark period. Women need this information. I have needed this information. I am now reading woman code and have the myflo app and though I do have a lot of frustrations with the app (it freezes and crashes and loses my info a lot), I am excited to be getting some good information to help myself. Its only a few days into a few changes and I am feeling better than I was. Thanks!

Thank you, Hannah, for this delicious information! I will share your video with my 34 year old daughter who gets very bad cramps! I did not, my cycles were regular, they lasted 4 days, max, and I did not PMS or have mood swings. I’m not bragging, just sharing. I am 61, and I did not go into menopause until I was 56; no bad peri-menopause either, and I have never had a super bad hot flash, only what I call a “warm sensation”. I do take a maca powder that I buy at Whole Foods, which I love, to keep my estrogen and libido balanced. I love this channel, and I also follow your husband’s channel, too. I love your realness - so many SM people are all about themselves and give no useful information to the world - and I love your even-tempered demeanor. God bless you, your husband, and baby Preston‼️🙏🏽🥰

Why are you saying always lube to everyone, really!? For every other subject nature provides the answer, I'm so confused by this. I dont need lube and if I did I would try to adress health concerns, not use lube first and every time I'm in that so called dry phase... the fact that it can be stimulated with a little bit of time means stimulation is the obvious way to go.
