Thanks. It is a very good lecture. But, all Group II hormones do not activate G proteins. G protein coupled receptors activates adenylate cyclase and phospholipase pathways. It does not activates cGMP and PI3 kinase pathway.

Carrier protein curcumvents the problem of solubility and increases half life of hormones- Harper's Biochemistry

Sir, in group 1 harmone GDP is converted into GTP and you told reverse. Plz confirm.
