This is huge! I especially like the choose victim or hero mindset! I have a request. I’m 50 and in full menopause and I’m struggling to lose weight. I’m very active and eat healthy and I don’t understand why I am not losing weight. Can you do a video explaining why this changes with menopause and how to boost metabolism or how to lose weight? Thanks

Hello my norepinephrine and epinephrine and serotonin and histamine are low on a urine test. I been taking tyrosine and pea supplement and 5htp to help raise the levels but they keep coming back low. I have insomnia and anxiety and sometimes I feel off balance and I my mind constantly race and overthink. I just don’t know how to fix this! Any suggestions?
