The responsible Company should be penalised by the State Government and the Ministry of Environment and Forests. They've used the wrong type of Storage Tank to Transport Liquid Chemicals instead of using Stainless Steel Tanks which is mandatory for Safety. That flimsy plastic tank does not have the Structural Strength or proper wall supports to hold up the structure on a moving truck, there'll be extra momentum cause by the potholed road of Nagaland.
