Total law and order failure,this type of people are everywhere in Dimapur town,the police at check gate should check these people I'd,or ILP,the concerned Colony Councils should also see these kind of people crossing or passing through their colony jurisdictions,the worst is at railway stations,with all these kind of people increasing day by day this is very serious issue which needs to be tackled at the erliest before its too late.

Hornbill TV should go n do live coverage at Shokhuvi railway station. I swear not a single police personnel is there to check the ILP, platform tickets etc etc of the passengers boarding there. Anyone can easily enter Nagaland. Nagaland should take example from Arunachal, right after the train stops, police personnel stand at the exit gate n check ILP very strictly. Whether u look like local or not, they'll ask you to show ID/ ILP

During festive season this type of people roams even in Kohima. Similar incident happened to my sis… Narrow footpaths where pedestrians rushes in and out is their hotspot for pickpocketing. Some from their group members ( mothers holding infants? will block the way and the other members will come from behind to pick pockets.

This happen to my mom at train last year, she was going from dimapur to marani, and incident happened at dimapur train station,she doesn't notice that she lost her money and train ticket untill her friend asked her for her ticket,we gpay her some amount to let her take her lunch on the way, this people should be taught.
