"Unilateral Cease Fire" means Cease Fire between particular groups and GoI. "Bilateral Cease Fire" means between two nations. Unilateral is under GoI and the talks between GoI and group representative. Bilateral is talks between two nations and equally representatives from both sides. So, ongoing Ceasefire known as Unilateral Ceasefire is meaningless for the Nagas. It is like the GoI given Unilateral Cease Fire to different groups a licence to extortion.

Therefore, naga national political group leaders should be careful enough not to recruit such doubtful characters into their fold. Under ceasefire agreement, no NSCN group is authorised to collect or impose illegal taxation upon general public. So, Public Must Not Pay Taxation To Any NSCN Factional Groups. Govt. of India should also act like a government to implement the Final Accord and Agreed Position at the earliest. Delay in solving the Indo-Naga issue is giving birth to so many factional groups in Nagaland.
