I just wanted to leave a report: Low ping is much better than high ping. I spent 1 year playing at 120 ms on "full" svs. I returned to my servers with 5~12 ms... The rifle bullet simply "flies".. Much easier to take down enemies. I wanted to understand the logic of these people. Is the problem the 200 ms or what? Even pulling the sights is faster. And I still have to read that more ping equals an advantage in this game.

@@filmmakerlevi It was never an advantage, that's the point. Everything is slower with high ping, speaking of 120ms. Imagine, all your actions taking 1 second longer.

It was an advantage because of the way servers handle high ping players, because you can peek and see people on YOUR client side before you actually peek in the server, you have a janky advantage where you can kill someone almost before it even looks like you peek to them, now it has a downside where it’s much harder to get INTO cover afterwards because you’ll be on other players screen in the open longer than you will on your own screen, high ping CAN be an advantage if you’re abusing it

And before trade changes you could shoot long after it looks like you died on the server and then trade with high ping because of the delayed server input

@@celethorn2530 The peek advantage worked, with extreme ping... I've played against people from the same location abroad, and I've never seen anyone teleport on peek. Some Chinese do.
