Hola Elias El Chorus 80J tiene más plata en el latón de la campana. El Sigma tiene una campana de latón amarillo. El Sigma también usa un calibre más pesado o espesores de latón en la campana. Fuera de eso, creo que son más o menos lo mismo. Mejor, Steve

Liked the "Jazz Improve" on a Christmas season favorite! Nicely done improve! What is not to love about a vintage Selmer Paris trumpet? Looks mint!

The more I hear this the more I like it. It just seems to sound so warm and rich with regard to the color pallet. It is not huge, fat, and tuby at all. It does not sound too diffused. Selmer struck an excellent compromise/balance with this horn!! It seems to have solid core. I bet that horn is great for non-commercial jazz and for classical work calling for a Bb that is not POP's! Sounds like a great all around horn.

+stormchsr 101 Never dropped one in a video……………. but I dropped a Couesnon Flugel several years ago while wrapping it up to be shipped. Bell Flair issue was an easy fix and din't show the repair ………………. I got lucky :) Stay Tuned To The HornTrader! steve

I am presently blowing December 2006 purchased 8310 Z. I use the Yamaha Bobby Shew Jazz mouthpiece playing jazz combo and second trumpet in a big band. I use the Bobby Shew Lead mouthpiece if I have to cover for the lead player in the big band. Would your high note mouthpiece be a better choice? P.S. My horn sounds like Chettie whispering a secret to me with the Jazz mouthpiece.
