After install of the T03, I have very little pressure in the spray nozzle. When looking at the back of the toilet, which hose is the water supply line & which is the clean water hose? They may be installed incorrectly to the T-valve.

Thank you for sharing this video. What is your opinion on using plastic mounting bracket instead of bolts? The screws can get rust overtime due to condensation if they are using instead of bolts? Are they strong enough to last 5-10 years?

Does it have a heater that heats up the water or does it only operate running cold water? Also what if the floor is tile and not wood/laminate. How do you secure the mount?

Thanks for the question! Our smart toilet comes with a battery box for emergency flushes. You can connect it to the back inside the toilet, and it provides over 200 flushes during a blackout. So, no worries if the power goes out! 😊

Man you guys need better instructions. Bought a T03 model and the instructions are horrible. Please give better instructions on which hose connects to the t valve.

@ overall the toilet is amazing. I love it. The features are great. Only thing I wish this model had was the automatic open when you step in front of it, but that’s not a huge issue. Since I have your attention I’ll give you some feedback because I think these toilets could get better market share in the US in the near future because you don’t have to use as much toilet paper, if any, and the overall make of the toilet is very modern. Additional functions to add: 1. Automatic seat open 2. Night light color change to various colors 3. Purple/pink light behind the knob could be brighter or somehow try to make the knob clear/see through so that light is brighter. I like that color when the lights are off. Improvements: 1. Improve instructions - for a DIYer it could be confusing. I know all bathrooms and homes are different, but some people might not know which bolts to use for the flange or mounting bracket. Also, the flush hose and clean water hose isn’t easily identifiable in the instructions. This could be an easy fix by either putting a piece of tape on one or the other lines prior to shipment and explain in the instructions or in the instructions pictures show one line bigger than the other so you can tell where to connect which line to the t-valve. I figured it out with no issues but the instructions made it difficult to figure out. Overall, the toilet is amazing and I’m glad I bought it. Best toilet I’ve ever purchased. Now if you could manufacture them at lower costs to compete better with lower quality toilets then I could see these toilets being a big hit in the US and other parts of the world. Definitely 5 stars, just need a few little tweaks and it would be perfect. I also found misspellings in the instruction manual. Not a huge deal to me, but other people might see that as an inferior product. Just some constructive feedback. Thanks for the great toilet.
