Truly painful to watch this. There was a reason Wanda refused to travel to Tokyo with him. I am blessed to have heard him many times after this terrible episode in his life with concerts in 85-87.

I respect maestro Horowitz. But…I think Japan recital in 1983 was almost collapsed.
