Hatchroom can't take the back to back losses, close fights are robberies now. I like Bivol a lot but based on 1 live viewing I thought he lost 7-5 & plenty of people saw Beterbiev win including respected analysts like Carl Frampton & Teddy Atlas. After beating Canelo handily, Bivol gained some of the worst casuals as fans... I've seen some ridiculous claims like he "schooled Beterbiev" & won by impossible margins like "9-3" HAD BIVOL WON, I wouldn't argue. HAD IT BEEN A DRAW, I wouldn't argue & perhaps that was the right result given how wildly split fans seem to be. It was a close fight. Both won like 4 clear rounds each & there was 4 rounds that could've reasonably went either way. I'll rewatch it tomorrow & perhaps have a different score.

116-112 was bad but the result was not a robbery. I think on balance it was either a 115-113 beterbiev or I’m fine with a draw too. Let’s just appreciate these all time great light heavyweights while they are here. Anybody screaming robbery is either biased (Eddie and frank smith) or they don’t know boxing and are following the crowd

@@rikstone7059 Well, it seems like you might not have a PhD in boxing analysis, my friend! The stats are in, and it turns out Bivol only threw two more punches that actually hit the target. So, if you’re keeping score at home, that’s not exactly a knockout performance! And let’s not forget, Beterbiev was landing those power punches like he was trying to break a piñata at a kid's birthday party. It's no wonder Bivol came out looking like he just lost a fight with a paint mixer!

Close fights can't be called roberies. It could've gone either way. Beterbiev was the agressor in this fight. He dealt far more damage, applied more pressure, threw more & harder punches and was less shook than Bivol. Bivol threw far more clean shots but he lost the Championship Rounds and they're called that for a reason. The majority of replays were highlights of Bivol even though Beterbiev in the 11th and rounds before, threw far more destructive punches towards the face and especially the body (which were simply not shown). The 116-112 was unfair though.

disgusting judge. Artur knew he lost...the cleaner quality exchanges and early rounds Dmitry won .. Artur had to press the fight cause he was behind needed a late run with no ko insight maybe got 5 rounds. Dmitry out boxed Artur simple. Dmitry lost to a judge only.

Another one bites the dust 😂, look at Bivol’s face and look at Beterbiev one guy got beat up. Great fight but easy to score a nice clean victory, bivol felt something he didn’t like in the 3rd and backed up the rest of the fight. He didn’t throw enough and was to psssive especially the last two rounds.

Literally everybody knew from the start that Artur is the heavier puncher and in a match of this caliber you can't expect Artur to not land a few which were what caused the bruises on his face. There's a difference between backing up and controlling distance to land cleaner punches. And Bivol did land cleaner punches, had better footwork. Winning the later rounds doesn't change the scores of earlier rounds in which Bivol clearly won more, especially when there were no knockdowns.

A very close fight that could’ve gone either way but not 116 to 112, one maybe two rounds diff either way…congrats to Arthur but Bivol was not badly hurt at all & proved the guy is not a crazy knock out artist against a good fighter. Not even close to a knock out
